Transaction Policy

Welcome to Big-Crick

All deposits, purchases, and fees associated with Fantasy tennis on Big-Crick are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed. We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and will review cases only if there is a clear error associated with the transaction.

If you believe there has been an error with any deposit, purchase, or fee paid on Big-Crick, please notify us within 3 days of the transaction date. We will review the case and determine a resolution at our discretion.

Big-Crick reserves the right to cancel any matches for any reason, with or without prior notice. In such cases, we will refund all fees paid for the canceled matches within 1-3 business days.

Users are prohibited from joining any game rooms after the related match (identified by the Series) has commenced.
