Privacy policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data big-crick.com (“Big Crick”, “we”) collects, why, and what choices you have. It applies to the website and every game hosted on it.

Who is responsible

Big Crick is the data controller for the processing described here. Contact: privacy@big-crick.com.

What we collect

Advertising

Big Crick is free because it shows ads. We work with Google AdSense and may work with other advertising partners. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info. Read how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, ads are only personalised if you give consent in our cookie banner. If you refuse, you may still see non-personalised ads, which use cookies only for frequency capping, fraud prevention and aggregate reporting where the law allows.

Legal bases (EEA / UK)

How long we keep data

Account data is kept until you delete your account. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Your consent choice is kept for 12 months, after which we ask again.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to processing and withdraw consent. You can delete your account at any time on the account page, or email us. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Big Crick is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13 (under 16 in some EEA countries). If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

California residents

We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising partners for personalised ads may count as “sharing” under California law; you can opt out by choosing “Reject” in Cookie settings.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
